I’m finding this out slowly with work. Sometimes I see other leaders/facilitators, or of course, writers and I love their style and I want to BE THEM. Buuuttt they’re not me. so I have to learn to value my voice, my style, even if I think they’re lame in comparison. People seem to like what I offer, so it must be good, if different.
