Hmm I liked this postsecret, and it made me sad…
I’ve often thought about the lack of touch, particularly in north american culture. It’s one of the things I miss most about Mexico. I’m always super glad when I get to hug one of my friends hello or goodbye….but I miss being able to kiss friends on the cheek, nevermind 2 or 3 times like they do in parts of Europe. Touch is such a vital piece of life, and while romantic touch is awesome in a category of its own, life still feels a bit empty without some more touch.
